Returns
We accept returns for items that are unopened and in their original condition. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order to initiate a return. Items that have been opened or used are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different scent or product, you must return the original item and place a new order. The new order will be processed as a separate transaction.
